Nokia Lumia 920 Tutorials: FQA of download games and software

When user try to download software and games, Nokia Lumia 920 often receive” Note, click here” message. The reason is that your Nokia Lumia 920 internet connection may have been temporarily interrupt. Other is the software is too big, so you can not download it pass mobile network data connection. So if you download larger than 20MB software ( most games is this line), you must connection WI-Fi. Return above problem, you can retry download follow below Tutorials.

1.       Make sure you have a network connection or Wi-Fi

2.       On screen Start, click the Mall.

3.       At the bottom of screen, you can see a number of unfinished software, Click it, you can see the download queue.

4.       Long press software, then click”Retry”.

Note: The common reason of Wi-Fi interrupt is screen standby timeout, so if you download big software use Wi-Fi, need extend the standby time of screen, or disabled.
